At that time, a service worker was playing the game there. With a mind to give a pleasure to the respected General Secretary, the service worker tried to smoothly run the apparatus but the driving skill was not so good perhaps for the lack of understanding or uneasiness.
Looking at the worker's gesture, the General Secretary said that the service worker seemed not to get a "driving license".
A pleasant laugh broke out in the room.
