The respected Comrade General Secretary, who arrived at the windy helicopter landing ground, made an encouraging speech before the officers and men of the unit.
Saying that August 2 was not a national holiday for him and the Party but he was as happy as greeting a holiday, he noted that he was so pleased to highly commend the brave service personnel of the air force that he hurried his visit although he had so many things to do due to severe flood damage.
The service personnel, greatly honoured to see the respected Comrade General Secretary, were deeply moved again by his words of great trust for them who carried out their duty only.
As he was so happy to see all the flood victims being rescued and so glad to commend the pilots for the successful rescuing operation, the respected Comrade General Secretary felt as if he was celebrating a holiday at that time.
That day was just like a holiday for the respected Comrade General Secretary who regards the people as Heaven. -0-
