One day in October 2013, respected Comrade General Secretary
Although it was in the middle of night, he went round all the service facilities. He said that the exterior and interior walls of a building did not harmonize with its style and the walls were not plastered well.
At other places, he told officials about the causes of shortcomings revealed in the construction and left the construction site. He visited it again hours later.
Officials felt so guilty that they could not greet him properly. The General Secretary told them that he came to the construction site again to point out the shortcomings and take necessary measures, and he went round it again.
He clarified the ways to correct the mistakes and organized a workforce composed of capable designers and builders for the project. Then he left there at dawn.
The accompanying officials were deeply moved by his untiring efforts to provide the people with better and highly civilized living conditions. -0-
