Art Souvenir Exhibition Opens in DPRK
Pyongyang, July 17 (KCNA) -- An art souvenir exhibition opened in the Wonsan Kalma coastal tourist area on Thursday.
Fine art studios and folk crafts studios in Pyongyang and local areas including the Mansudae Art Studio, Central Fine Arts Studio and Kangwon Provincial Art Studio took part in the exhibition opened under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Culture.
Presented to the exhibition were thousands of pieces of works including Korean painting, oil painting, acryl painting and ceramics reflecting the eye-opening reality of the country where a new era of prosperity is being ushered in under the grandiose plan of the Workers' Party of Korea, national symbols, long history and brilliant cultural tradition of the country.
Officials concerned, and officials and working people of the exhibitor units looked round the venue of the exhibition. -0-
