Rodong Sinmun on WPK's Revolutionary Will
Pyongyang, August 27 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Thursday in an editorial says that the revolutionary will of the Workers' Party of Korea to bring about good results in attaining a new long-term goal of comprehensive national prosperity was demonstrated once again at the Fourth Enlarged Meeting of the Political Bureau of the Ninth Central Committee of the WPK.
The revolutionary will of the WPK is its steadfast determination to overcome all challenges of history and bring about the prosperity of our state without fail, the editorial says, and goes on:
The country's defence capabilities are rapidly developing, the self-supporting foundations for readjusting all sectors of the national economy and promoting their development are being cemented with each passing day, and a new era in which regions are developing in a many-sided way is opening. Such eye-opening changes are a miracle of history provided by the revolutionary will of the WPK.
The WPK's revolutionary will is the firm determination to consolidate the foundation of all blessings for the people and posterity to the full with redoubled efforts.
It is a bold decision for the WPK to have taken measures for stepping up the housing construction in the capital city and rural areas and renovating the education and public health sectors as required by the new era under the situation in which the important historic tasks of comprehensive development are being raised.
It is our Party's intention that we can never hand over the heavy tasks for national prosperity to the next generation but should bring earlier everything bright in the future.
