Second-Stage Modernization Project at Ryongsong Machine Complex

Pyongyang, October 12 (KCNA) -- The Ryongsong Machine Complex in the DPRK steps up its second-stage modernization project in a full-scale.

Workers and builders of the complex and relevant units are making successes in the production of various kinds of custom-built equipment and the second-stage modernization project.

Officials have ensured the operation and command of the project while conducting the frontline political work to give full play to the surging mental strength of the masses.

The designers carried out designs in a responsible manner for modernizing the equipment and establishing the production process.

The builders in charge of the framing project of production buildings are speeding up the construction of structures in the same spirit as displayed in finishing the erection of concrete pillars by utilizing the ground-wide assembly method.

Meanwhile, each construction unit is pushing ahead with the exterior work for the united office building, the laying of service water and drain pipes step by step and conducting the construction of sci-tech learning space, sewage treatment plant, industrial water pumping station and the reconstruction of sanatorium at the final stage.

The complex is also conducting the pavement of blocks, planting of turf and the realignment of the construction site in a three-dimensional way. -0-
