Performance for Celebrating 81st Founding Anniversary of WPK Goes on

Pyongyang, October 12 (KCNA) -- A performance for celebrating the 81st founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea is going on with splendor every day, adding to the joy of the people who significantly greeted the birthday of the great motherly Party.

Among the audience were members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK and other senior Party and government officials, and labor innovators, meritorious persons, citizens, youth and students in Pyongyang.

Put on the stage were colorful numbers including songs of times and hymns of reverence which praise the glorious Workers' Party of Korea.

The performers impressively represented the reverence for the motherly Party and the single-minded will of the DPRK people to remain loyal to the ideas and leadership of the Party Central Committee in female solo and pangchang "Care of My Destiny", women's group singing and chorus "We Will Follow Our Party Forever".

The people's loyalty to follow only the great WPK was expressed in mixed group singing and chorus "We Will Travel One Road Forever".

The performance was decorated in a peculiar way with beautiful and elegant dances, acrobatics, gymnastics and a ceremony of military band. -0-
