Preparations for Operation of New Factories, Hospitals and Leisure Complexes Brisk in Jagang Province of DPRK

Pyongyang, September 25 (KCNA) -- Jagang Province in the DPRK is preparing for operating the light industrial factories, hospitals and leisure complexes under construction in Sijung and Hwaphyong counties.

The province is now engaging in equipment production, materials supply and training of skilled workers, medical workers and employees.

The Kanggye Equipment Assembly Station and other manufacturing units have given precedence to the design and materials supply to implement the parts processing and production plans.

In cooperation with the relevant units, they provide the quality analysis equipment needed for ensuring the quality of products and secure various kinds of fixtures and materials.

Skilled workers, medical workers and employees are being trained.

The trainees are provided with good conditions and environment for acquiring wide knowledge of their majors.

They are receiving theoretical and practical education in light industrial factories in Pyongyang and other parts of the country, according to their jobs and the production lines in their charge.

The province is preparing the doctors of the county hospitals as able ones with enough clinical experience who can handle medical equipment skillfully. Training of employees of the leisure complexes improves their practical abilities. Such undertakings are being conducted in preventive and curative medical institutions and commercial service units in Pyongyang and in the province.

The Sijung and Hwaphyong counties focus on preparations for supplying raw materials to the new light industrial factories. -0-
