Brisk Technological Innovation Movement

Pyongyang, October 27 (KCNA) -- Three-revolution team members in Nampho Municipality of the DPRK are conducting a dynamic technological innovation movement.

Thanks to their devoted efforts, more than 320 valuable sci-tech achievements were made in the municipality this year.

Three-revolution team members at Taean Heavy Machine Complex introduced over 20 technological innovations, such as the production of equipment for establishing the waste oil recycling line and a device for protecting an electric motor, thus contributing to the production of generating equipment and ordered equipment.

Those at the Kumsong Tractor Factory devised and made various efficient jigs and machines to shorten the time of processing the products and make progress in improving the performance and quality of farm machines.

Those at the Taedonggang Electric Appliances Factory and in the county of Onchon are making a great contribution to production and operation by waging technological innovation campaigns aimed at establishing the business information system and at developing and using solar, wind and other natural energy.

Those in the district of Kangso improved the performance of pumps in order to ensure the smooth supply of domestic water and applied a new technology to minimize the grain loss.

Those in the districts of Taean and Waudo built a line for producing washing powder and manufactured roofing-tile molding machines and cranes for rural construction.

Those in Hanggu District and Ryonggang County made technological innovations for improving the performance of threshers and other farm machines to encourage agricultural workers. -0-
