Young People Volunteer for Worksites Seething with Implementation of Party Policies
Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- Young people in North Hwanghae Province of the DPRK have volunteered to work at worksites seething with the implementation of policies of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Those in Junghwa and Sohung counties vowed to work at honorable construction posts to urbanize, civilize and modernize rural villages.
Those in Pongsan and Thosan counties volunteered to work at county construction brigades with desire to make their native places more beautiful. Young people in Rinsan, Koksan, Yonthan and Phyongsan counties, too, petitioned the youth league organizations to send them to the county raw materials base stations.
Present at the meeting to congratulate the volunteers held on Oct. 2 were officials concerned, officials of the youth league and youth and students.
Volunteer certificates were awarded and congratulatory and other speeches were made.
Officials in the province, youth and students presented bouquets to the volunteers leaving for new revolutionary posts and encouraged them. -0-
