Autumn Landscape of Moran Hill
Pyongyang, November 8 (KCNA) -- Moran Hill, a scenic spot in Pyongyang, exhibits conspicuous natural scenery in autumn.
The unique scenery of Moran Hill, loved by the people from olden times, is unthinkable apart from its autumn landscape.
Colourful maple leaves swaying in wind and glaring sunbeams falling through the leaves are reminiscent of colourful pearl jewels.
Visitors feast their eyes on broad yellow leaves and red maple leaves and green pine trees.
The hillscape around Ulmil Pavilion in autumn is more spectacular.
At Choesung Pavilion, a building dating back to the period of Koguryo located at the summit of the hill, visitors can enjoy a bird's eye view of the ever-changing appearance of Pyongyang and it seems as if the entire hill has turned into a beautiful flower growing on the surface of the River Taedong that gently flows around the central part of the capital city.
Visitors also enjoy breathing fresh air, alongside those drawing pictures in the scenic places overlooking Phyonghaw Pavilion and having photos taken with beautiful hillscape as a background. -0-
