A meeting for donating Sonyon farm machines was held in the front yard of the Pyongyang Municipal Youth Park Open-Air Theatre on Oct. 9.

Attending it were officials concerned, officials of the youth league and schoolchildren. An address was made there.

The speaker warmly congratulated the Korean Children's Union members in the capital city who prepared those farm machines on the occasion of the significant Party founding anniversary, saying that the farm machines, associated with the patriotic mind of the new generation, would give great encouragement and strength to those out in implementing the decisions of the Ninth Congress of the WPK.

He stressed the need for all schoolchildren to distinguish themselves in study and organizational life and conduct various do-good-thing movement and socio-political activities and thus glorify the KCU days with higher pride.
