Technical Exchange for Improving Quality of Wheat Products Brisk in DPRK

Pyongyang, August 22 (KCNA) -- Wheat processing factories and enterprises in the field of grain management are striving to improve the quality of processed wheat products, according to Rodong Sinmun.

This was well illustrated by a show held at the Wonsan Wheat Processing Factory.

The show served as a significant occasion for steadily improving the quality of products with the public demand and evaluation as absolute criterion and for sharing and generalizing advanced technologies and experience gained in the efforts for improving quality.

On display at the show were wheat flour (special, A- and B- grades) and other processed products brought out by wheat processing factories and enterprises in the field of grain management.

Drawing the attention of the visitors were wheat flour products and by-products presented by the Nampho, Hamhung and Wonsan wheat processing factories.

During the show technicians, analysts and others of the wheat processing factories shared experience and advanced technologies for improving quality. -0-
