Schoolchildren Donate Farm Machines

Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- The loyalty of schoolchildren tangibly contributing to the prosperity of their socialist country is getting stronger in the run-up to the 81st founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Mobile combined rice threshers and other farm machines, provided by schoolchildren in North and South Hwanghae provinces, are associated with the loyalty of the members of the Korean Children's Union to give pleasure to respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un who brings a brighter future to the rising generations.

Schoolchildren in Jagang and Kangwon provinces voluntarily did good deeds to repay the benevolence of the country which values the rising generations as the best treasures.

Members of the KCU in South Hamgyong Province, North Hamgyong Province and Kaesong Municipality briskly conducted a good-conduct movement to secure efficient farm machines.

Meetings for donating "Sonyon"(children) farm machines were held on the spots on October 7 and 8.

Speeches were made at the meetings attended by officials of party and power organs and agricultural guidance organs, officials of the youth league and schoolchildren in relevant regions.

At the end of the meetings the participants looked round the farm machines. -0-
