At a new mineral spring, he watched mineral water naturally flowing out from the ground and expressed satisfaction. He asked the manager about the yield and output of the mineral water.
He was really pleased to hear what the manager said, and stressed the need to use all the mineral water without waste.
The manager had not paid attention to preventing waste of mineral water because he was proud of the yield and production. So he watched again the mineral water gushing out from the ground.
The respected General Secretary told the manager that it was good for the factory to plan to build a new carbonated-water production line and a bath-house using mineral water good for health within this year.
He said that to produce lots of mineral water by putting the production on a normal basis at the factory is an important undertaking for displaying the advantages of the socialist system of our country where all the assets of the society are used for promoting the wellbeing of the people.
