Youths Take Lead in Implementing Party's Decisions

Pyongyang, August 31 (KCNA) -- Kaesong Municipality of the DPRK encourages the youth shock brigade members to take the lead in the implementation of the new Five-Year Plan.

The city expanded and strengthened the workforce of the youth shock brigade and provided conditions and environments needed for the ideological education and cultural and leisure activities of its members. And it is resolving the problems arising in supplying them with daily necessaries.

Officials have learnt about the work and life of the young people engaged in the major construction project and taken steps to improve the supply service work. They also give strength and courage to the young people so that they can perform miracles and feats in the efforts to implement the Party decisions.

The city is also putting forward the shock brigade members who performed labor feats in such construction projects as the building of the Sinuiju Combined Greenhouse Farm and the fifth-stage construction in the Hwasong area, and stepping up the work to follow their models.

Officials and working people in the city are encouraging the youths to prepare themselves as successors to the revolution, the Workers' Party's reserve and pillars of socialist construction while arranging wedding ceremonies for them to stir up their enthusiasm. -0-
