Kumsong Secondary Schools Nos. 1 and 2 Mark Their 60th Founding Anniversaries

Pyongyang, November 1 (KCNA) -- Kumsong Secondary School No. 1 and Kumsong Secondary School No. 2 marked their 60th founding anniversaries.

Kumsong Secondary School, the predecessor of Kumsong secondary schools Nos. 1 and 2, was founded on November 1, 1966 under the loving care of the great leader Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, who put forward the children as the king of the country and made great efforts to train them to be reliable pillars of the future that are knowledgeable, moral and healthy.

The great leader Generalissimo Kim Jong Il clearly indicated the orientation and ways for training reserve artistes and computer specialists, provided excellent educational conditions and took warm care of the students' study and life with parental love.

Thanks to respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un who sent modern educational equipment and had a photo taken with the students, showing ardent love for them, the history of noble love is being given steady continuity.

Over the past years, Kumsong secondary schools Nos. 1 and 2 have trained a large number of competent talents conducive to the development of Juche-oriented musical art and IT of the country, thus fully discharging their mission and duty as the outposts for training talents.

A meeting was held at the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace on Oct. 31.

Present there were officials concerned, teaching staff and students of the schools.
