Considering Even Slight Inconvenience of Shooters

On the 50-meter rifle range, he watched some employees firing at the targets and then asked an official some questions. He was pleased to hear what the official said. While watching the shooting, he worried that shooters might feel inconvenience because of the report of a rifle. So he gave an instruction to furnish the ranges with ear protectors for shooters.
As the report of a rifle on the said range was not loud, no one thought that shooters might have inconvenience.
However, the General Secretary took into consideration even the trifling inconvenience the shooters might suffer. -0-
