Cement Producers Consolidate Material and Technical Foundations

Pyongyang, August 11 (KCNA) -- Cement producers in the DPRK are consolidating their material and technical foundations for increased production.

The Sangwon Cement Complex strengthened its own technical force and carried out the projects to replace lots of old firebricks with new ones and repair the kiln. By doing so, it secured a guarantee for increasing production. The Samchong Mine is busy making an efficient hydraulic loader.

The Sunchon Cement Complex overhauled the grinding systems to improve their performance and has made final technical preparations to install an air separator capable of increasing the grinding efficiency and the productivity. The Sunchon Limestone Mine applied effective blasting methods to secure more ores and introduced a technical innovation badly needed for the normal operation of various crushers.

Workers at the Chonnaeri Cement Factory have striven to lay the material and technical foundations for increasing cement production. -0-
