Dredging Project Propelled in Land and Maritime Transport Sector

Pyongyang, September 30 (KCNA) -- The land and maritime transport sector is pushing ahead with the dredging project at several ports and in the route of the Taedong River, according to Rodong Sinmun.

The Harbor Transportation Bureau of the Ministry of Land and Maritime Transport completed the dredging tasks planned for this year at Chongjin, Nampho and Tanchon ports, while the Taedonggang Barrage Bureau has made big progress in the dredging of the route of the Taedong River between the Mirim and Sunchon barrages. -0-
