Chongchongang Thermal Power Plant Increases Electricity Output

Pyongyang, October 27 (KCNA) -- The workers of the Chongchongang Thermal Power Plant have produced electricity at more than 115 percent every day by giving priority to equipment management and technical control.

The plant successfully carried out the repair of the circulating water pump No. 1 just in three days and resolved the technological problems arising in increasing the combustion efficiency.

It has over-fulfilled the daily plans by observing the standard procedures and technical regulations in the operation of equipment and by boosting the capacity of generator.

It is now giving fresh impetus to raising the power output through collective innovations. -0-
