Pyongyang, September 3 (KCNA) -- The Chollima Steel Complex in the DPRK brings about a great upsurge in production through a mass technological innovation movement.

The complex has conducted the organizational and political work to give full play to the spiritual strength of the masses.

It introduced electrode antioxidant into production in close contact with scientists and technicians to reduce the electrode consumption.

Its technical team applied an automatic thermostat into the materials heat treatment process at the wire-rope shop to raise the rate of acceptable products and realized the home production of the core materials for wire rope.
