Memory Contest of University Students

Pyongyang, August 29 (KCNA) -- The Seventh Memory Contest of University Students took place at Kim Chaek University of Technology in the DPRK from August 24 to 27.

The contest, aimed at preparing university students to be talents with versatile knowledge and practical abilities, brought together students selected from across the country.

The contest was held, divided into 10 categories, including abstract figures memorization, speed number memorization and random word memorization. The participants showed well the high-level memory abilities they had cultivated with much effort while learning to their heart's content under the care of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Students from Pyongyang University of Foreign Studies and Pyongyang University of Publication and Printing won a high appreciation in the contest, and diplomas were awarded to them. -0-
