DPRK Player O Kwang Ok Wins Gold Medals at Women's Weightlifting of 20th Asian Games

Pyongyang, September 26 (KCNA) -- DPRK weightlifters bagged gold medals at the 20th Asian Games.

On September 25, DPRK weightlifter O Kwang Ok lifted 104kg in snatch (a new world record, a new Asian record and a new record of the games), 134kg in clean and jerk (a new world record, a new Asian record and a new record of the games), and 238kg in total (a new world record, a new Asian record and a new record of the games), thus coming first in the women's weightlifting 57kg category.

Meanwhile, DPRK weightlifter Pak Jin Hae bagged silver medals in the women's weightlifting 61kg category. -0-
