Minister of Education of DPRK Meets Russian Personages

Pyongyang, September 30 (KCNA) -- Ri Yong Chol, minister of Education of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, met and had a talk in a friendly atmosphere with Konstantin Mogilevski, vice-minister of Science and High Education of the Russian Federation, and his party who took part in the Second DPRK-Russia Rector forum at the Pyongyang Assembly Hall on September 29.

Present there were officials concerned, the Russian ambassador to the DPRK and his embassy members. -0-
