Dancing Parties of Youth and Students Held to Mark Youth Day

Pyongyang, August 29 (KCNA) -- Dancing parties of youth and students were held in the DPRK on August 28, the Youth Day.

The plaza of the Arch of Triumph and other venues in the capital city were filled with joy and excitement of youth and students greeting the Youth Day.

Dancing parties began amid the playing of the all-people hymn "Dear Father".

The participants danced to the tune of such songs as "We Will Devote Our Youth to the Country" with the desire to perform feats of loyalty and patriotism.

The festive atmosphere was revved up as the young people's revolutionary enthusiasm to add eternal lustre to their socialist motherland erupted along with the playing of songs such as "The Desire".

Similar dancing parties took place in provincial seats, cities and counties on the same day. -0-
