New Textbooks Compiled by Korean Taekwon-Do Committee

Pyongyang, July 17 (KCNA) -- The Korean Taekwon-Do Committee has compiled over 10 kinds of textbooks contributing to improving the education at Taekwon-Do colleges across the country and applied them to teaching practice.

The textbooks reflect the pedagogical requirements of colleges after studying and analyzing the world trend of sports education and the sport-specific technical development.

Based on the new textbooks, the colleges across the country are drawing up curriculums and teaching programmes and introducing different educational and scientific research findings into teaching practice.

The Korean Taekwon-Do Committee is compiling new textbooks for Taekwon-Do and Paduk education on the basis of such successes. -0-
