National Garment and Footwear Exhibition-2026 Closes

Pyongyang, November 3 (KCNA) -- The National Garment and Footwear Exhibition-2026 was closed with due ceremony at the Three-Revolution Exhibition House here on Monday.

Highly appreciated there were products presented by various units, including the Unha Trade Bureau, the Pyongyang Municipal Garment Industry Management Bureau, the Ponghwa Trade Bureau, the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill and Central, Pothonggang and Phyongchon district combined tailor shops.

Various goods, produced by the Wonsan Leather Shoes Factory, the Ryuwon Footwear Factory, the Wonsan Footwear Factory, the Pyongyang Bag Factory and the Pyongyang Hosiery Factory, showed well the development of the light industry making a leap forward day by day under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Also attracting the attention of visitors were garments manufactured by Kosan, Kangdong, Jongphyong and Sinyang county and Kusong city garment factories.

Present at the closing ceremony were officials concerned and officials and working people of the exhibitor units.

Diplomas, certificates and prizes were awarded to the highly appreciated units and participants.
