Nicaraguan Ambassador Visits Mangyongdae

Pyongyang, August 22 (KCNA) -- Nicaraguan Ambassador to the DPRK Manuel Modesto Munguia Martinez visited Mangyongdae, the birthplace of President Kim Il Sung, on August 21 to mark the 47th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the DPRK and the Republic of Nicaragua.

The ambassador laid a flower basket in the name of Daniel Ortega Saavedra and Rosario Murillo, co-presidents of the Republic of Nicaragua, at the photo of President Kim Il Sung at the Mangyongdae Revolutionary Museum and made a bow before going round its various rooms.

Being briefed on the revolutionary career of President Kim Il Sung, the ambassador looked round the historical relics preserved with much care at the old home in Mangyongdae. -0-
