Wartime Artistes Encouraging Fighting Army and People
Pyongyang, July 24 (KCNA) -- The brilliant victory in the past Fatherland Liberation War unprecedented in history is associated with the proud feats performed by creators and artistes in the field of art and literature who aroused the service personnel and people to the sacred war for defending the country and annihilating the enemies through their positive wartime artistic activities.

The President noted that it was a very pleasant and good thing for the writers to follow the army, adding that it was an expression of their bitter hatred towards the U.S. imperialists and ardent love for the country. The wartime artistes gave performances, despite the loud sound of enemy warships and aircraft bombardments, and created militant poems and songs.
