DPRK FM Sends Message to Her Chinese Counterpart

Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to Wang Yi, foreign minister of the People's Republic of China, on July 11 on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the conclusion of the DPRK-China Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance.

The message said that the treaty has made great contributions to steadily strengthening the fraternal friendship, comradely unity and friendship and cooperation between the peoples of the two countries and achieving peace, stability and international justice in the region and the rest of the world for the past 65 years.

Expressing the will to further strengthen the communication and cooperation between the diplomatic fields in order to develop the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries into the model of the most powerful and strategic relations between socialist states, true to the noble intention of the top leaders of the two countries, the message wished the DPRK-China friendship steady strengthening and the People's Republic of China prosperity. -0-
