DPRK Team Advances to Round of 16 for 2026 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup

Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- The 2026 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup is under way in Poland.

The DPRK team belonging to Group E beat the Portuguese team 2:0 and the Costa Rican team 4:0 and played the last group league match with the Colombian team on Sept. 13 (local time).

The DPRK team beat the Colombian team 3:0.

As a result, the DPRK team scored nine points in total to take the first place in the group and advanced to the Round of 16. -0-
