Presented to the exhibition of educational experimental apparatuses, teaching aids and educational aid programs were more than 1 200 kinds of experimental and practical equipment and apparatuses, 2 800-odd teaching aids and at least 300 educational aid programs invented and manufactured by educational institutions at all levels.
The ministries and national agencies presented lots of equipment and apparatuses to the exhibition of educational equipment, regarding education as part of their work.
Present at the opening ceremony were Kim Sung Du, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Jon Sung Guk, vice-premier of the Cabinet, officials concerned and officials, teachers, researchers and kindergarteners from ministries, national agencies and educational sectors.
The opening address was made by Minister of Education Ri Yong Chol.
At the end of the ceremony the participants looked round the exhibition halls. -0-
