Quality Building Materials Produced in North Phyongan Province

Pyongyang, August 18 (KCNA) -- North Phyongan Province in the DPRK is putting spurs to producing building materials, according to Minju Joson.

The North Phyongan Provincial General Building-Materials Factory restores automatic injectors to their original state to improve the quality of taps and various plastic pipes and, at the same time, produces dozens of kinds of building materials needed for regional construction with locally available raw materials.

The Sinuiju City Building-materials Factory has steadily increased the production of various colors of distemper paints and artificial stone boards by finding an innovative way to raise the pulverization degree of raw materials and putting the mixing ratio of adhesives and additives in a scientific and technological way.

The Kwaksan County Building-materials Factory is pushing ahead with the work to put the production of colored tiles and colored mortar onto a higher level. Other city and county building materials production units are also expanding production capacity by relying on their own technical force and resources. -0-
