Reconstruction of Farm Machine Stations Finished in Various Cities and Counties of DPRK

Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- The project for remodeling various city and county farm machine stations was completed, according to Rodong Sinmun.

The Suan County Farm Machine Station built a warehouse for farm machines and a building with various cultural and welfare equipment to spruce up its overall appearance.

It established a power generation system based on natural energy and manufactured and introduced high-frequency heat treatment equipment to increase the production and processing of accessories.

The work to build the Kangso District Farm Machine Station was pushed forward.

As a result, a huge project of building the farm machine assembly and tractor repair bases covering thousands of square meters and modern workers' hostel was completed and various processing equipment necessary for the repair of farm machines were newly installed.

The Munchon City Farm Machine Station was renovated.

The station stepped up the construction of various objects including production and welfare buildings, paved the roads in the compound and created a new green area covering thousands of square meters.

The relevant provinces are pushing ahead with the work to put the material and technical foundations of city and county farm machine stations on a high level. -0-
