Development of New Products

Pyongyang, September 20 (KCNA) -- The Mangyongdae Revolutionary Site Souvenir Factory in the DPRK makes successes in strengthening the production foundations and developing new products.

Its capacity for melamine plastic good production has grown three times as compared with last year's and progress was made in diversifying the products.

The factory completed the construction project for expanding its production capacity in a short span of time and pushed ahead with the technical upgrading of equipment.

It has also directed efforts to developing new products through regular discussion of designs. This year alone, the factory developed 10 kinds of hats depicting the three colors of national flag and 16 kinds of melamine plastic products with various decorative patterns. -0-
