Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Receives Greetings from King of Cambodia

Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a message of greeting from Norodom Sihamoni, king of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on August 29.

The message said:

Dearest Your Excellency President of the State Affairs,

I extend warm congratulations on behalf of the Cambodian people and on my own behalf to the President of the State Affairs and the Korean people on the occasion of September 9, 2026, the 78th founding anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Availing myself of this auspicious opportunity, I sincerely and highly appreciate the wise leadership of Your Excellency for the strengthening and development of the DPRK and the happiness of all the people.

I am convinced that the ties of friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea would develop more closely and widely in the interests of the two countries and peoples.

I wish Your Excellency good health and bigger success in your work for the state and the DPRK people.
