Women's Meeting Held to Commemorate Anniversary of Demise of President Kim Il Sung

Pyongyang, July 8 (KCNA) -- Women's union officials and members in the DPRK met at the Hall of Women on July 7 to tell stories about the noble virtues of President Kim Il Sung on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of his demise.

Present there were Jon Hyang Sun, chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Women's Union of Korea, officials of the women's union and its members in Pyongyang.

At the meeting, the speakers told about the personality of the President as the peerlessly great man who performed undying feats before the country and its people, the times and history with his outstanding ideas and leadership and noble virtues.

They noted that the President, possessed of warm love and trust in the people as his inborn disposition, made a long journey of devotion for the people all his life, regarding it as his motto to believe in them as in Heaven.

The President trained people, who had covered different paths of life and led a life full of ups and downs, into genuine persons with his ardent humanity and boundless magnanimity, they said, adding that all the people in the country could grow up to be patriots and heroes under his benevolent care.

The performers praised the President as the greatest man who led the Korean revolution to a brilliant victory with his unshakable faith and matchless courage and grit.

They expressed their determination to prepare themselves as true women revolutionaries and ardent patriots glorifying the revolutionary career and immortal exploits of the President for all ages and faithfully upholding the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un. -0-
