Pyongyang, March 31 (KCNA) -- The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a reply message to Comrade Aleksandr Lukashenko, president of the Republic of Belarus, on March 30.

I express deep thanks to you for extending warm congratulations on my reelection as President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the First Session of the 15th Supreme People's Assembly.
