Pyongyang, April 12 (KCNA) -- Pak Thae Song, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, on April 8 sent a congratulatory message to Anutin Charnvirakul on his reelection as prime minister of the Kingdom of Thailand.
