Pyongyang, October 18 (KCNA) -- The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un received a letter from the members of the delegation carrying the letter of loyalty sent by the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) on October 16.

The letter said that delegations carrying the letters of loyalty sent by Chongryon have presented its letters of loyalty to President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on the occasions of auspicious holidays since the first delegation was organized in 1972 to present a letter of loyalty on the occasion of the 60th birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung.

In keeping with the tradition, the members of the delegation respectfully presented a letter of loyalty reflecting the ardent mind of all officials of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan to the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea upon the authorization of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon, the letter pointed out.

What they cherished again during their visit to the homeland was the firm conviction that there can be no great Korean people and the powerful DPRK apart from the wise leadership of the WPK and that the Korean people will surely build a powerful socialist country which will prosper forever, it stressed.

Thanks to the 80-year-long history of the great WPK, the 70-year-long history of Chongryon shines and Koreans in Japan can proudly live as the great people in an alien land and strong Koreans, it noted.

The letter stressed that they would play the role of vanguard and shock brigade in the struggle for building powerful Chongryon with the faith that they surely emerge victorious thanks to Kim Jong Un, loving the socialist motherland, even though they live in Japan. -0-
