Pyongyang, November 4 (KCNA) -- The news of high yield is reported every day at farms in North Hamgyong Province of the DPRK.

The Ingye Farm in Hoeryong City surpassed the peak-year level this year following last year, and the Ponam Farm increased the grain yield 1.5 times as against last year.

The Songsang Farm in Kim Chaek City boosted the per-hectare grain output by more than two tons on an average compared with last year.

The Wangjaesan Farm in Onsong County, the Ryonjin Farm in Chongam District of Chongjin City and other farms produced a good crop and held meetings for year-end account settlement and income distribution.

Officials of those cities and counties attended the meetings to congratulate the farmers on their labor achievements and share their joy. -0-
