Pyongyang, January 26 (KCNA) -- South Hwanghae Province of the DPRK is pushing ahead with the preparations for introducing the sci-tech achievements made last year into all its farms and workteams.

The province systematized technical experience data according to categories and sent them to city and county agricultural guidance organs.

City and county agricultural guidance organs and farms are conducting the work to hold short courses on the Juche farming methods, technical study and passing-on technique meetings.

The province is also stepping up the work to increase the area of introducing scientific farming methods and apply advanced farming techniques this year.

Grasping the regional characters and farming conditions of city, counties and farms, it directs efforts to defining the areas suitable for efficient farming methods.

In keeping with the introduction of advanced farming techniques such as the soilless cultivation of rice seedlings, it has intensified the control and guidance so that all the agricultural production units push ahead with the related work.

City and county agricultural guidance organs and farms took measures for scientific farming and are actively conducting technical guidance and assistance to select the right soil.

The province drew up work plans to provide the material conditions necessary for scientific farming and is putting them into practice. -0-
