Pyongyang, May 13 (KCNA) -- Le Hoai Trung, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and foreign minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam who is a special envoy of General Secretary of the C.C., Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam To Lam, and his party arrived here on May 12 to visit the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

They were greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by Vice-Minister Pak Sang Gil and other officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK and Ambassador Le Ba Vinh and staff members of the Vietnamese embassy here. -0-
