Pyongyang, July 5 (KCNA) -- Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to Maxim Ryzhenkov, foreign minister of the Republic of Belarus, on July 3 on the occasion of its national day.

Choe Son Hui said in the message that she was pleased that the government and people of Belarus are achieving successes in the struggle for defending the sovereignty of the country and achieving social unity while overcoming all difficulties and challenges at home and abroad.

The message expressed expectation that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries with a long history and tradition would continue to expand and develop, and that mutual support and cooperation in the international arenas would be further strengthened. -0-
