Pyongyang, July 20 (KCNA) -- Construction units in the DPRK are pushing ahead with construction of industrial objects.

The Chongjin Metal Construction Complex, in cooperation with various construction units, is making successes in the assembly of equipment reflected in the construction project for creating new thermal power generation capacity.

The complex has pushed ahead with the construction work of more than 10 objects for the construction of the phosphorite rock fertilizer production base as scheduled.

The Tanchon Mining Industry Construction Complex is expanding the successes on the basis of the completion of the construction work of Tanchon Port last year.

The complex has striven to finish the manufacture of a hundred and tens of tons of equipment and apparatuses of various kinds and their assembly in the set time and pushed ahead with the construction of the additional buildings.

The chemical construction complex is carrying on the assigned project for the establishment of the C-1 chemical industry and the builders of the Kangdong Hydro-power Construction Complex in charge of the construction of the Sinphyong Power Station are accelerating the dam project.

The Thermal Power Construction Complex is carrying on the tasks for the construction project such as construction of the bituminous power station under the Anju Area Coal-mining Complex. -0-
