Pyongyang, September 26 (KCNA) -- Farms in Ryanggang Province of the DPRK are making more achievements in the potato harvest by mobilizing all their forces and means.

Samjiyon City is harvesting potatoes in many areas every day by raising the operation rate of farm machines.

Taehongdan and Paekam counties are harvesting potatoes in the fields vulnerable to frost to prevent yield from decreasing.

The same is true of Phungso, Unhung, Samsu and Kapsan counties.

Volunteers in the province, too, have made a collective innovation on every field to finish the potato harvest in the right time.

Meanwhile, Samjiyon City and Taehongdan County are transporting harvested potatoes to the Samjiyon Potato Farina Production Factory and the Taehongdan County Potato Processing Factory in good time. -0-
