Pyongyang, June 9 (KCNA) -- Hamhung City, an industrial and scientific one in South Hamgyong Province of the DPRK, is being face-lifted.

Shortly ago, the first-stage reconstruction of multi-storey houses was completed in the province.

As the project was being conducted in various regions in a three-dimensional way, officials in the province and the city set up a command system and made efforts to supply materials while allocating manpower rationally.

The builders made collective innovations to unconditionally complete the project ahead of schedule.
