Pyongyang, December 21 (KCNA) -- Le Ba Vinh, Vietnamese ambassador to the DPRK, and Phan Tien Lam, military attaché of the Vietnamese embassy, hosted a reception at the Taedonggang Diplomatic Club on December 20 on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army.

Present there on invitation were Kim Kang Il, vice-minister of National Defence of the DPRK, officers of the Korean People's Army, officials concerned, diplomatic envoys and military attachés of foreign embassies here.

Staff members of the Vietnamese embassy were on hand.
