Stories of Loving Care Conveyed in DPRK along with May Day

Pyongyang, May 1 (KCNA) -- The DPRK people are significantly celebrating the 135th May Day, the international holiday of the working people of the whole world.

In the DPRK, the May Day is a significant holiday of the working people full of the honour and pride of leading a happy life under the benevolent care of the respected Comrade

Kim Jong Un who regards them as the most precious beings and bestows boundless loving care and trust upon them.

On May 1, 2012, Kim Jong Un visited several factories to congratulate the workers on their holiday.

He looked round the comprehensive cultural service centre built at a machine factory and watched the workers enjoying themselves at the swimming pool. He expressed great satisfaction over the fact that they could enjoyed a cultural life and take a rest to their heart's content at a wonderful place.

Greeting the May Day every year, the workers at the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill recall the banquet given for them.

Kim Jong Un promised to build a good hostel at the factory and, when the construction project was completed, he came to the spot and expressed satisfaction over the fact that another edifice in the era of the Workers' Party was built. Then he took a benevolent measure for giving a banquet for the workers in celebration of the May Day and so, a grand banquet was given at the workers' hostel, the workers' palace envied by all people.

The finals of the "Sports Contest of Workers of Metallurgical Industrial Sector-2023" was held at the Kim Il Sung Stadium on May 1, 2023, the team of the Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex failed to win at the finals, but an unusual "prize-giving ceremony" was held for the team players. These are associated with Kim Jong Un's meticulous loving care and affection for the workers in the field of metal industry.
